- Completed work is non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued solely at our discretion unless required by law.
7. Project Revisions
Each project includes the number of revisions specified in the proposal.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur additional charges.
Requests that significantly change the project scope may require a new quote.

Delays caused by the client may extend delivery dates.
9. Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed:
After final payment:
- The client owns the completed website design and custom content created specifically for the project.
- Ascent Studio retains ownership of:

- Proprietary code libraries
- Development workflows
- Reusable components
- Frameworks
- Design systems
- Templates not created exclusively for the client
We reserve the right to reuse general techniques and non-client-specific code in future projects.
10. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Ascent Studio may display completed work in:

- Social media
- Marketing materials
- Case studies
Confidential information will never be disclosed without permission.
11. Hosting Services
If hosting is purchased through Ascent Studio we will make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
